10th game!

So, the next game that I publish will be my 10th game! Some of you may know this, but way back when I was first starting to make games I made a game called A Flare For Victory. It started as a visual novel with the help of xneobeastx from furaffinity, but it flopped because I was very bad at using Ren'py. I then transitioned over to RPG MAKER in an attempt to make the game,  but I quickly found out how much I do not like to try and emulate visual novels, and thus scrapped what I had made...

Good day all!

As per usual, here is my bi-weekly update.

Given the scope of the new game, I'm going to have multiple endings for players based on which of the three main characters you decide to become closer to. Should the player decide not to become closer to anyone specifically, then they will end up with the main picture, which has everyone sitting around the throne room.

New Game! 'Runekeeper'

I'm not sure if I said exactly what the new game I am working on is, so here goes.

For this game, I'm working on a story involving a young imperial healer who transitions into becoming a knight after being captured and made into a prisoner of war by a warring minotaur tribe that the empire he was serving was engaged with. So I'm not going to post the game this weekend, because I'm only halfway done with the alpha testing: the bugs are worse than I thought. I apologize for this, but thankfully I have new art for both this game - it's the endings - and I have the ending for the next game I am going to be working on. 

I'll be posting all of them in one moment.

Game Complete!

Okay, 

So as stated, the game is complete, in that all of the story has been written out. 

All I need to do now is put in the music, side NPCs, and then run a playthrough before I put it out for you guys. 

That will be done by the second weekend around April 9! 

With that said, I'll be posting the last few pieces of artwork for the game on this update, I'm almost working on the next game, which will be the Legend of Opala parody game. It's going to ...

End of the Month Update

Hope everyone is well.

This month's updates conclude:

Of the three storylines in the new story, the 'child' time line has been completed.

The teenage storyline is midway to being complete. Hopefully this will be finished up next week.

There's some new art that I'm getting that will be posted during the next update, which will be coming biweekly for now on.

I am done with Blood Fury, in so far as it being a complete game. With that said, I have several other projects that I can, and will eventually, work on, however, since you guys are helping paying the bills, I'll let you all decide on which game I should work on next.

A Question about Life Simulators

For those who might be wondering about this, what I mean by 'Life Simulator' is any game where the main focus is more on the day-to-day activities of the main character(s) versus having an overarching 'goal' like saving the world. So far I've made two of these, Zookeeper's Memories & Silent Memories. And at current, they sit as my lowest grossing games, so my question is, should I bother making another one of these games, or should I just stick to making more goal oriented games?
